Specific conditions
The driver of the vehicle must be between 21 and 70 years of age and hold a valid driving licence.
- The use of the towbar is subject to a supplement, and the towed equipment, trailer or van, must be insured by the hirer.
- Your driving licence must be presented at the start of the rental period.
- RHINOPNEUMONIA EPIDEMIC INFORMATION - This truck is carefully disinfected before each rental.
The hirer must have held a driving licence for more than three years, and must be able to justify a coefficient of reduction-majoration (bonus) in excess of 1.00, in force on a motor insurance policy in his or her name.
Excesses will apply in the event of a claim:
- "Vehicle damage" excess: €2,300 .
- "Breakage of glass" excess: €100
Un dépôt de garantie d’un montant de 2500€ sera demandé au départ du véhicule par pré-autorisation et/ou par chèque, selon conditions sur place avec le loueur. Si la pré-autorisation ne passe pas le cas échéant, le loueur se réserve le droit d’annuler la location, cela selon ses conditions d’annulation. Merci de prévoir les deux moyens de paiement pour le départ du véhicule.
The lorry is strictly reserved for transporting horses. The transport of any other type of animal is strictly prohibited. Any use that does not comply with this clause will incur the hirer's liability and may justify immediate termination of the contract, without notice or reimbursement.

Conditions d'annulation modérées
A 95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation occurs 7 days before rental. A 50% refund will be permitted in case the cancellation happened between 48 hours to 7 days before rental. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before rental.
