Specific conditions

  • A deposit of €500 will be required on departure of the vehicle. (bank pre-authorisation, transfer or cash)
  • For use of the vehicle outside Belgium, the deposit will be 1250 euros. This will, of course, be returned once the vehicle has been checked to ensure that it is in good condition.
  • The tenant/driver must be between the ages of 20 and 75.
  • The vehicle is received clean and with a full tank of fuel. It must be returned in the same condition. If it is not, a supplement will be charged (€250 for a full tank or for cleaning the vehicle).
  • In the event of an accident in which the vehicle is immobilised, the hirer will be charged for the loss of use of the vehicle.

Remboursements accordés sur le montant de la réservation : 100% en cas de demande d'annulation reçue au plus tard 2 semaines avant la location du véhicule ; 95% en cas de demande d'annulation reçue reçue entre 2 semaines et 7 jours avant la location du véhicule ; 50% en cas de demande d'annulation reçue entre 7 jours et 48h avant le début de la location ; aucun remboursement en cas de demande d'annulation dans les 48h avant la location du véhicule.
