Restituties verleend op het bedrag van de reservering: 100% in geval van een annuleringsaanvraag ontvangen uiterlijk 2 weken voor de huur van het voertuig; 95% in geval van een annuleringsaanvraag ontvangen tussen 2 weken en 7 dagen voor de huur van het voertuig; 50% in geval van een annuleringsaanvraag ontvangen tussen 7 dagen en 48 uur voor de aanvang van de huur; geen restitutie in geval van een annuleringsaanvraag binnen 48 uur voor de huur van het voertuig.
