Specific conditions
- FOR HIRING THE VAN: The hirer of the vehicle must be 18 years of age and hold a valid and appropriate driving licence in accordance with the following regulations: GVWR (F2) CAR + GVWR (F2) VAN less than or equal to 3500kg = B LICENCE / GVWR greater than 3500kg and less than 4250kg = B96 LICENCE / GVWR greater than 4250kg = BE LICENCE.
- FOR VAN HIRE: A deposit of €1,500 will be required by bank pre-authorisation for any hire of less than 6 days and/or by cheque for any other period or in the event of malfunction.
- The hirer must present the licence and registration document for the towing vehicle.
- An administrative fee of €80 will be charged in addition to the repairs in the event of damage to the vehicle.
- The vehicle must be returned clean (for the van: €120 invoiced on return if the van is returned dirty; for the truck: €250).
- Once you have booked, please send us the vehicle registration document and driver's licence(s) to the email address you received in your confirmation.
FOR THE RENTAL OF THE LV:
- The renter of the vehicle must be 18 years old and have a valid driving licence.
- A deposit of 2080€ will be requested by BANK CARD on departure of the vehicle or in the automatic email upstream, for all rentals. BE CAREFUL to check the ceiling of your bank card for the pre-authorisation. If the pre-authorisation is not successful, the car hire company reserves the right to cancel the rental in accordance with its cancellation policy. This deposit may be used in the event of damage when the truck is returned, the truck returned dirty and/or returned without a full tank, or any other supplement.
- An additional security deposit of €1000 will be required on departure of the vehicle, for anyone holding a licence less than 2 years old.
- A rental day is 24h.

Conditions d'annulation modérées
Remboursements accordés sur le montant de la réservation : 100% en cas de demande d'annulation reçue au plus tard 2 semaines avant la location du véhicule ; 95% en cas de demande d'annulation reçue reçue entre 2 semaines et 7 jours avant la location du véhicule ; 50% en cas de demande d'annulation reçue entre 7 jours et 48h avant le début de la location ; aucun remboursement en cas de demande d'annulation dans les 48h avant la location du véhicule.
