Specific conditions

  • The hirer of the vehicle must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
  • A deposit of €2,000 by cheque will be required on departure of the vehicle. It is also possible to pay the deposit by pre-authorisation (imprint) on a bank card. CAUTION: if you wish to use this method of payment, please check the limit on your card and make sure that the funds (2000€ or even 3000€ for young drivers) are in your account.
  • For any tenant who has held a driving licence for less than 36 months, the security deposit will be €3,000.
  • In the event of damage to the vehicle, a flat-rate administrative fee of €80 including VAT will also be added to the cost of repairs. This fee includes bank charges related to payment processing and claims management costs (preparation of estimates, coordination of repairs, etc.).
  • A rental day is up to 24h.
  • You can adjust the mileage and rental options on the next step of your booking.

Conditions d'annulation modérées

A 95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation occurs 7 days before rental. A 50% refund will be permitted in case the cancellation happened between 48 hours to 7 days before rental. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before rental.
