Specific conditions
- The hirer of the vehicle must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
The vehicle must be returned clean and with a full tank of diesel
A security deposit of €2,080 will be required by CREDIT CARD upon collection of the vehicle or via an automated email sent in advance, for all rentals. PLEASE ensure you check your credit card’s limit for the pre-authorisation. If this is not approved, the rental company reserves the right to cancel the hire, in accordance with its cancellation terms. This deposit may be used in the event of damage upon return of the van, if the van is returned dirty and/or with an empty fuel tank, or for any other additional charges
An additional security deposit of €1,000 will be required upon collection of the vehicle for anyone who has held a driving licence for less than two years.
An administrative fee of €80 will be charged in addition to the cost of repairs in the event of damage to the vehicle.
The hirer must provide their bank details and authorises the rental company to deduct from this security deposit any amount due in the event of damage to the vehicle, as well as any additional rental costs (including: late return, insufficient fuel, cleaning costs or fines).

Conditions d'annulation modérées
A 95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation occurs 7 days before rental. A 50% refund will be permitted in case the cancellation happened between 48 hours to 7 days before rental. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before rental.
