Specific conditions
- The hirer of the vehicle must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
- A security deposit of €3,000 will be required: - by BANK PRE-AUTHORISATION on departure of the vehicle, for all rentals of less than 6 days. - by CHEQUE on departure of the vehicle, for all rentals of more than 6 days. BE CAREFUL to check the ceiling of your bank card, if the pre-authorisation does not go through, the rental company reserves the right to cancel the rental, in accordance with its cancellation conditions. The deposit will be returned when the vehicle is returned, less any costs incurred to repair it.

- An administrative fee of €80 will be charged in addition to the repairs in the event of damage to the vehicle.
- An additional deposit of €200 will be required for cleaning. This will be returned if the Home Car is returned in the same state of cleanliness as on departure.

- The towing vehicle must support the trailer and the total laden weight.
- The hirer must check the weight of his vehicle as shown on the vehicle registration document and must not exceed the maximum permissible weight of 3500 kilos for a B licence (car and trailer included) unless the vehicle has a B96 rating of up to 4250 kilos or a BE licence of up to 6 tonnes. The hirer will also check the condition of his trailer hitch. The hirer is solely responsible for the consequences, whatever they may be, of any overloading and any damage caused.

Remboursements accordés sur le montant de la réservation : 100% en cas de demande d'annulation reçue au plus tard 2 semaines avant la location du véhicule ; 95% en cas de demande d'annulation reçue reçue entre 2 semaines et 7 jours avant la location du véhicule ; 50% en cas de demande d'annulation reçue entre 7 jours et 48h avant le début de la location ; aucun remboursement en cas de demande d'annulation dans les 48h avant la location du véhicule.
