Specific conditions
- A deposit of €500 will be required on departure of the vehicle. (bank pre-authorisation, transfer or cash)
- For use of the vehicle outside Belgium, the deposit will be 1250 euros. This will, of course, be returned once the vehicle has been checked to ensure that it is in good condition.
- The tenant/driver must be between the ages of 20 and 75.
- The vehicle is received clean and with a full tank of fuel. It must be returned in the same condition. If it is not, a supplement will be charged (€250 for a full tank or for cleaning the vehicle).
- In the event of an accident in which the vehicle is immobilised, the hirer will be charged €50 per day of immobilisation for the loss of use of the vehicle.
- In the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle, the hirer must pay the excess of €950 IMMEDIATELY.
- A rental day is up to 24h.

Conditions d'annulation modérées
A 95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation occurs 7 days before rental. A 50% refund will be permitted in case the cancellation happened between 48 hours to 7 days before rental. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before rental.
