A deposit of €3500 will be required by Credit Card and/or Cheque on departure of the vehicle, for all rentals.

Be sure to check the limit on your credit card, if the pre-authorisation is not successful, the rental company reserves the right to cancel the rental, in accordance with its cancellation conditions

An additional deposit of €1,000 will be required on departure of the vehicle, for anyone holding a licence for less than 2 years.

An administrative fee of up to €80 will be charged in addition to the amount of repairs in the event of vehicle damage

You are not insured in the following cases:

* If you are unable to return the vehicle in your name/company name here or the original keys to the vehicle after they have been found to be stolen. In this case, you will be liable to pay the value of the vehicle as estimated by an expert.

* When the damage to the vehicle results from burns, internal damage, overloading, the driver's misjudgement of the vehicle's size, particularly on the upper parts and underside of the vehicle.

* When the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

* If you have provided false information in your name/company name here.

* When the damage to the vehicle occurs after the date of return of the vehicle as provided for in this contract, this case being considered as a hijacking of the vehicle.

* When the damage results from a voluntary act of the hirer of any nature whatsoever.

* When the vehicle is used overloaded by carrying a load in excess of that authorised on the registration document.

* For glass breakage a sum of €200 excluding VAT will be charged to you as an excess.

* no insurance covers damage caused to the engine (when crossing a ford, for example), the underbody and tyres, as well as interventions related to incorrect fuel, a flat battery, running out of petrol, loss of keys or locking the vehicle with the keys inside.

* no insurance covers damage to the engine caused by inappropriate use of the vehicle
