- One rental day = 24 hours. If you return the vehicle late, the rental company may charge you up to one additional day's rental. If you are late, please contact the rental company to let them know.
- The driver must be at least 25 years old and have held a driving licence for at least 2 years.
- The van is fully insured for external damage, but does not cover the horse. In the event of a claim, an excess of 500 euros will be applied. Deposit of 500 euros to be paid on collection of the vehicle by credit card or in cash;

Reembolsos concedidos sobre el importe de la reserva: 100% en caso de solicitud de anulación recibida a más tardar 2 semanas antes del alquiler del vehículo; 95% en caso de solicitud de anulación recibida entre 2 semanas y 7 días antes del alquiler del vehículo; 50% en caso de solicitud de anulación recibida entre 7 días y 48 horas antes del inicio del alquiler; ningún reembolso en caso de solicitud de anulación dentro de las 48 horas anteriores al alquiler del vehículo.
