Specific conditions
- Vehicle hirers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid BE driving licence.
- A security deposit of €1,000 will be required on departure of the vehicle by bank pre-authorisation for rentals of less than 6 days and by cheque for rentals of more than 6 days. If the pre-authorisation is not received, the car hire company reserves the right to cancel the rental in accordance with its cancellation policy.
- An administration fee of €50 will be charged in addition to the cost of repairs in the event of damage to the vehicle.
- The hirer must himself check that the loads comply with his towing vehicle and the weight transported. He will have a copy of the van's registration document at his disposal.
